Membership Contract

A written contract is always made between the customer (hereinafter referred to as the member) and Ready Set Pole Oy (hereinafter referred to as Ready Set Pole). The membership contract is a contract for either six or twelve months. After the first six or twelve months, the contract automatically continues as open-ended with a one-month notice period. A sign-up fee may be charged when signing a six-month membership.

Membership Fees

• The first monthly membership fee is always paid at the counter when signing the membership contract, proportionate to the remaining days of the current month.
• From the first (1st) billed membership month onwards, the membership fee is invoiced monthly via email, with an added invoicing fee of 3€. Members can also choose to receive an e-invoice via their online banking, in which case the invoicing fee is not applied.
• The due date for the monthly membership fee is the 1st day of each month, as agreed in the membership contract. The member must ensure payment by the due date.
• If the member fails to pay on time, Ready Set Pole has the right to charge late payment interest in accordance with the Interest Act and a reminder fee. If the member neglects payments despite a reminder, Ready Set Pole will transfer the claim to debt collection and may terminate the contract immediately. The booking rights of the member will be frozen if two or more monthly payments are overdue.
• If the member wishes to pay the membership fee using exercise vouchers or other employer-provided benefits, this must be agreed upon separately via email: info@readysetpole.fi
• As a member, the customer is also obliged to follow Ready Set Pole’s terms for booking classes, which can be found at www.readysetpole.fi/tuntivarauskaytannot/

Membership Updates

• Upgrading to a higher membership level is possible at any time without additional fees.
• Downgrading the membership is possible from the next unbilled membership month onwards.
• During the fixed-term so first six or twelve months of the membership, a downgrade incurs a 20€ update fee.

Termination

• The membership term of notice is one month after the first six or twelve months of membership.
• If the member wishes to terminate the contract during the fixed-term of the membership they must pay three months’ membership fees to Ready Set Pole.
• In exceptional cases, such as pregnancy, relocation to another city, or military service, the member can terminate the contract before the end of the fixed period with a one-month (30-day) notice period.
• Any termination must be made in writing to info@readysetpole.fi

Medical Leave

In the case of illness, the member has the right to put their membership on pause by providing a medical certificate. Membership can be paused starting from the date of notification if the illness lasts more than three weeks (21 days). The membership fee for the medical leave period will be credited in the next billed membership fee.

Vacation Policy (Included in 12-month Contracts)

• The member has the right to have one vacation month per full membership year. If the vacation month is used during the fixed-term of the membership, it extends the fixed-term by the duration of the leave (1 month).
• The membership fee for the vacation month will be credited in the next billed membership fee.

Marketing Permission

Ready Set Pole has the right to send its members information about its products and services.

Right to changes

Ready Set Pole reserves the right to amend these terms and membership prices by notifying members in advance.
