Class Booking Policies

ARRIVAL AND CHECK-IN

The studio door opens 15 minutes before the class starts and is locked at the beginning of the class. The door remains locked during classes. Please arrive on time. You must check in at the counter before entering the class by presenting a valid membership card or paying for a single visit.

Customers are responsible for keeping their personal information up to date in the booking system. To receive updates about booked classes, you must allow notifications as follows:
My Account -> Settings -> I would like to receive SMS/email notifications about my bookings

BOOKING A CLASS

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account in the booking system and make class reservations. If you are under 16, your guardian must create an account with their own information.


CANCELLING A CLASS

If you cannot attend a booked class, you must cancel it at least 8 hours before the class starts.
Late cancellations (within 8 hours) or no-shows will be charged as follows: a separate fee / one visit from a 5 or 10 times-pass / deducted from a member’s visit quota. If the customer does not have a valid membership or multi-visit pass, the price of a single visit will be charged according to the current price list.

Please remember that failing to cancel your reservation can prevent someone else from attending the class if it’s full.

If a customer has three or more unexcused absences within a month, Ready Set Pole reserves the right to suspend access to the booking system for two weeks.
To reactivate your account after a suspension, please contact our customer service.


WAITLIST FOR CLASSES

If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available at least 8 hours before the class, your reservation is binding. If a spot becomes available less than 8 hours before the class, you can choose whether to accept it. If you are not able to join the class anymore at that point please let us know and we can free the spot to the next person on the list!

We notify you immediately when a spot becomes available. If the class is less than 8 hours away, we will notify you by phone.

Note: If you would like to receive a text message about an available spot, please make sure you’ve allowed text notifications in the booking system.

MINIMUM PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENT

A class will be held if at least 4 people have registered. If a class needs to be canceled, registered participants will receive an automatic cancellation message 8 hours before the class starts.


OUR PRIVACY POLICY

By booking classes, you agree that we may process your personal data. Our privacy policy was updated to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) effective May 25, 2018.

We collect your data for class and course bookings, course updates, purchase transactions, and—with your separate consent—for marketing and billing purposes.
You have the right to access your personal data and request its deletion.
